The Part That's Genuinely Confirmed
In a regulatory filing dated July 21, 2025, Brigade Enterprises' wholly-owned subsidiary Ananthay Properties Pvt Ltd confirmed the acquisition of 20.19 acres on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, Sannatammanahalli, for Rs.588.33 crore. The filing describes ~4.2 million sq.ft. of planned mixed-use development potential and a projected Gross Development Value of Rs.5,200 crore. This has been independently corroborated by Business Standard, Business Upturn, Construction Week India, Commercial Design India, and EquityPandit - it is about as solid a land-deal data point as pre-launch real estate research gets.
What the filing did not disclose: a project name, tower count, floor heights, unit mix, pricing, or possession date. Every one of those specifics currently in circulation - including 'Brigade Granada' as a name, 14 towers at 3B+G+24 floors, ~2,000 Phase 1 units, and tentative pricing from ₹1.45 Cr* - comes from third-party lead-gen marketing sites, not from Brigade Group directly. Notably, these clone sites don't even agree with each other: some describe a very different scheme with 53-floor towers and a 400-key hotel.
Why Register Interest Anyway
Confirmed land deals of this scale, by a listed developer with Brigade's track record, don't happen without a genuine intent to build. The corridor itself has real assets - the operational Kadugodi Metro station, proximity to ITPL and Hoodi, and the approaching Peripheral Ring Road. Registering an EOI costs nothing and puts you first in line for verified pricing and floor plans once Brigade issues an official launch. Just don't treat any specific unit size, tower count, or price you see today - on this site or any other - as confirmed until Brigade says so directly.
